Built-for-Life Warranty on Echo Open Water Rowing Shells

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Echo Rowing, LLC will warrant its products to the original owner to be defect-free in both materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the shell from date of delivery.  The Owner's Registration Card must be returned and on file with Echo Rowing, LLC to qualify for the warranty.

This warranty does not apply to damage due to improper use, improper storage, or unapproved repairs.  Echo Rowing, LLC will honor this warranty in a timely manner by either repairing the product to the original manufacturing specifications or replacing the product.

Damage due to transit, not covered by the warranty, must be reported to Echo Rowing, LLC as well as the transit company immediately.  Echo Rowing, LLC will assist in dealing with the transit company.
